Maple Latte

Jump to recipe

Ok, so funny story. I made this latte about a year ago and could have sworn I’d posted the recipe. Then, I posted about it over on my instagram page and had people sending me DMs, asking where the recipe was.

Turns out, I’d typed up a draft of the recipe, but never actually hit “publish”, despite thinking that I had.

So here we are, a year later, finally posting a recipe for the ideal fall latte.

I originally made this in a collaboration with Runamok Maple and their incredible cinnamon & vanilla infused maple syrup. They have a whole line of infused maple syrups and they’re definitely worth checking out if you’re interested in more than just your typical maple syrup. I have an apple brandy maple syrup from them that I’m so excited to play with!

This recipe is super easy we’ve got cinnamon & vanilla infused maple syrup, a few fall spices, coffee, and milk. If you’re just using regular maple syrup, you’ll definitely want to include all of the spices for the ultimate fall latte.

Now, I have a lot of random kitchen/baking utensils, but I don’t have a milk frother. So what does someone do when they don’t have one but you still want a latte? Put some milk in the microwave and shake it up! All of a sudden you have the perfect frothy, foamy milk for your homemade latte. It couldn’t be easier!

I’m going to be drinking this all autumn long and I highly recommend you do the same. It’s the ultimate comforting cup of coffee.
